For the second time, Sunmark Business Development Originator, Richard Solosky has been named to the SONYMA Hall of Fame Loan Officer Recognition Program. Annually, the State of New York Mortgage Agency (“SONYMA”) has recognized Loan Officers from across New York State who originate the most SONYMA loans during the prior year.
SONYMA is an agency of New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) which preserves housing affordability and works with many private, public and nonprofit sector partners to create inclusive, safe, “green,” and resilient places to live in New York State. SONYMA mortgages offer loan programs to assist first-time homebuyers with the purchase of a home in New York state.

Recently, Sunmark teamed up with the Troy Rehabilitation and Improvement Program (TRIP), Inc. and SONYMA – State of New York Mortgage Agency to spruce up the Hillside North neighborhood of Troy.
