  • York Peppermint Pattie – has just 50 calories and one gram of fat though it does have nine grams of sugar.. This light, refreshing treat is lower in calories and fat than heavier chocolate treats. Added bonus? It leaves you with minty-fresh breath.
  • Peeps Pumpkins – One marshmallow contains 16 calories, no fat, and 3.5 grams sugar. A handful of these marshmallow treats contain very few calories, though keep in mind, they are pretty much all sugar.
  • Tootsie Roll – The Midgees you can fit in a ton for barely any calories. Each little piece has just 11 calories and 1.5 grams of sugar. You could eat nine and still clock in less than 100 calories.
  • Peanut M&M’s – A fun size pouch contains 90 calories, nine grams fat, and nine grams sugar. Not a bad choice when you think about the fact that their peanuts contain protein, which provides a small boost of energy
  • Jolly Ranchers-3 candies contain 70 calories, no fat, and 11 grams of sugar. The hard candies offer a low calorie count and long lasting flavor if you don’t chew on them). A few of these sweet treats will ward off any sweet tooth goblins.
  • Charms Blow Pops-one contains 60 calories, no fat, and 13 grams of sugar. Lollipops are a great way to keep your mouth busy and not eating other high calorie foods.. With only 60 calories and gum included, you can’t lose.
  • Hershey’s Special Dark Miniatures – When you’re craving chocolate, dark is the way to go. Not only does it contain healthy antioxidants you won’t find in milk or white chocolate. It won’t put much dent in your diet. Each mini has just 40 calories and 3.8 grams of sugar.
  • Smarties – A roll of is a smart decision for your waistline. You can demolish an entire roll for a measly 25 calories. Be warned, though: With six grams of sugar, they’re made mostly of the sweet stuff.
  • Hershey Kisses – When you just need a little something to squash a chocolate craving, these bite-sized treats can’t be beat. Each Kiss is 22 calories, 2.5 grams of sugar, and 1.3 grams of fat.
  • Starbursts – One and you’ll only be eating 20 calories and 2.75 grams of sugar. Because they’re individually wrapped, you won’t mindlessly blow through them as quickly as, say, the jar of candy corn on your desk.
  • Nestle Crunch – The crisped rice bars takes up some of the space candy bars normally fills with sugar. That’s part of the reason each mini treat has just 63 calories and seven grams of sugar.
