Assistant Manager-Call Center-Latham

Our Call Center, located in our Administrative Offices, 1187 Troy Schenectady Road, Latham, is looking for a new team member.

Business Hours: (Must have availability to work within the hours listed) If an employee is scheduled for a Saturday, a half or full day will be given during the week to meet the 40 hour work week schedule.

Monday-Wednesday 8-5pm, Thursday & Friday 8-6pm, Saturday 9-1pm.

The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the member service staff. Schedules staff to assure proper coverage and administer performance reviews. Monitors call volume to maximize

staffing levels and assigns duties to guarantee all balancing and security procedures are properly completed. Conducts quality reviews to assure policies and procedures are followed. Coach and

motivate staff to achieve sales goals. Prepares monthly contests to increase sales. Assists with the interview process, making recommendations for new staff. Achieves and maintains Notary

Republic to use as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a High school graduate or GED or higher plus prior related banking/call center experience. Prior leadership experience is preferred.  Strong communicator, organizational, multi tasking and computer skills a must.

Member Service (Call Center)-Latham

Our Call Center, located in our Administrative Offices, 1187 Troy Schenectady Road, Latham, is looking for a new team member.

The primary purpose of this position is to research and solve member questions, problems, and complaints either by telephone or written correspondence. Achieves and maintains designation as Notary Public and provides notary services as requested. Attains established group and individual key sales results on products and services as assigned on a monthly basis.  Accepts membership applications, ensuring each application reflects proper signatures and receipt of all legal documentation pertaining to member accounts.  Ensures that all member information is complete and accurate.  Processes business transactions as well as opens sub accounts for consumers and businesses.  Conducts consumer loan closings, secures required papers, explains all legal documents, and reviews documentation for accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a High school graduate or GED or higher plus prior customer service experience and demonstrated sales ability. Excellent communication skills a must.

Sr. MSR (Sr. Teller)-Colonie & Latham

Our Colonie and Latham  branches are looking for new team members.

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Assistant Manager in ensuring the member service line is run in an efficient, productive manner while maintaining compliance with overall Credit Union policies and procedures.  Performs and supervises the daily processing of all types of transactions.  Cross-sells all credit union products and services to the membership.  Seeks to attain established goals on key products as assigned on a monthly basis. Supports Management in achieving branch sales goals.  Responsible for  balancing the branch’s TCR, ATM and vault.  Conduct monthly cash drawer and TCR audits.

 Competitive hourly wage plus an incentive program based on sales referrals.     

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of High school graduate or GED and prior Teller experience. Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and proficient with computers. Must have excellent communication skills. Supervisory experience preferred.
